EXPLORER

Explorer je víceúčelový difraktometr s geometrií - Theta/Theta - s vysokým rozlišením. Díky svým přímým hnacím momentovým motorům, poskytuje EXPLORER špičkové výkony v mnoha analytických oblastech, od analýzy fází, stanovení strukturních vlastností materiálů a to včetně tenkovrstvých materiálů.

Díky modularitě a široké škále příslušenství umožňuje EXPLORER provádět měření v různých konfiguracích:
